I went online to book an appointment and found it was pretty booked up but I managed to book to see a nurse. The surgery receptionist called me back with a cancellation to see the Head Practitioner Nurse when they heard the reason for the appointment. When I attended, it was felt I should see a doctor too which was hastily arranged. The surgery was exemplary at dealing with my health issue. I was quickly advised about what to do and it was wonderful to have my issue escalated due to its nature. Thank you so much. I feel very grateful that I am lucky to be registered at this surgery. It has definitely got busier over the time I have been registered - clearly showing its great reputation!
