Dr Church is always professional, friendly and approachable. He explains everything well, takes his time with his patients and shows great care and concern. I have recently had a health concern with my 9 year old, but Dr Church took the time to phone me back at 6.30pm on a Friday to explain everything and reassure me. Now that really is a great service, and really shows his commitment to his patients. A credit to his profession. In general the receptionist are always friendly, although you have recently lost the most brilliant and friendly of them all, always going out of his way to be helpful - a young man who's name I don't know, but who I believe now works at Chippenhsm Hospital. Generally, if it's important you can get an appointment or phone call with a doctor on the day, or a triage appointment with a very professional and lovely nurse, Emma. I have had less opportunity to see Dr Astin or Nurse Pip, but the few times I have seen them, I have found them to be very professional and was very pleased with the care we received. We have moved around the country a fair few times and this is by far the best doctors surgery, in my experience!
