Slight delay on getting the appointment Once appointment made (in good time) it was on time. Efficient. Friendly from receptionist through to nurse (Natalie Colins) On this occasion, there was another patient who need to be seen straight away. The receptionist remained calm, and able to source an appointment eventhough technically there were no spaces available.

Suggested improvements
I appreciate the surgery can get busy. Given it's a partnership of 3 locations, sharing the calls in would improve matters. Alternatively, offer a call back service
