Terrible communication by email. I’ve waited 2 weeks to get a sick note authorised, and I’ve had no response by email when I’ve politely chased this. I’ve tried phoning, but after holding for 10 minutes I’ve given up. I’ve been with this practice for many years , and I can honestly say I’ve never felt so let down and undervalued. I worry about the care I’m going to receive if I stay here, so am seriously considering a move. Shame really, because the GP’s are lovely once you can actually through.. It’s just the organisation of the Practice which is seriously lacking. Pick up the phone….answer your patient’s emails in a timely manner….please!

Suggested improvements
Answer the phone, and reply to emails. I’m so disappointed and worried about how much this surgery has declined.
