Sadly the surgery has completely gone down hill since merging with patford house Wait times for the telephone to be answered are about an hour ( if your lucky! ) Usually handled by a call centre , not at the surgery so things don’t get passed on nor done. Getting an appointment is so hard ! Generally disappointed ☹️

Phone lines to be answered more promptly Doctors appointments more accessible Referrals to be done quicker
