My most recent experience occurred late afternoon initially trying to contact the medical centre waiting for 30 minutes with no reply. Called 111 again after a long wait still could not speak to anyone. Drove to a Chemist, the pharmacist suggested I go to the medical centre which I did. Able eventually to leave contact details with a receptionist and was texted the next day with an appointment. The process leading to that appointment was frustrating and worrying. Whilst at the medical centre I was told there were some doctors and other staff on holiday.

Suggested improvements
Please resolve the difficulties regarding appointments. Sometimes patients need to speak to the practise about a range of issues which there might not be an opportunity to do so via the Doctor link.
