The receptionists were patient and helpful, the Doctors listened and were very thorough. They were quick to diagnose and I soon had some medicine to help. The stresses on the whole team are huge. They face massive challenges day to day. I just wanted to say that they have been fantastic. I’m incredibly grateful to them all. Thank you all so very much.

Everything was fine. I can understand why being on hold on the phone is frustrating but I think it’s also unavoidable due to the amount of patients that the practice serves and the increase in demand currently.
