Share review of Beversbrook Medical Centre
I have been waiting for an appointment now for over a month.
Every week I visit the surgery in Sutton Benger to ask and I’m told they will send an email to the bookings team as they aren’t allowed to make bookings.
The bookings team still have not contacted me. Last week I was told by the receptionist I should have heard as it was showing on the system as “over due” and she’d email again.
It’s been another 5 days and nothing. Tried to call the bookings line but I’ve been on hold, again for over half an hour.
It is very poor.
