Grated really nicely as usual. Given a ballpark figure of waiting time. Chairs are comfy with adequate spacing and numbers. Clock easily viewable. Toys and a few books in the corner for kids and kids aren't tutted at for being kids. Magazine table in other corner again helpful. I know from experience that if you suffer from anxiety you can quietly ask to sit in another room while you wait. All staff are brilliant. The bloods lady is a ray of sunshine the practice manager is approachable. I only have one issue with one drs bedside manner and there are a few to choose from so it's cool with me.
