Staff are always helpful. Booking appointments easy online or by phone, excellent follow up with texts to alert you of earlier appointments due to cancellations. I had an appointment with Dr Davidson for a report back on some blood tests. Upon arrival the normal waiting room was cordoned off for some sort of patient emergency. The reception staff were very polite ushering us to an alternative waiting room. I actually saw the Advanced Nursing Practitioner, Laurie Jackman, and found her to be excellent. First time with this very lady and with a sensitive male subject under discussion! A friendly conversation ensued and I was quite comfortable as I was put at ease and all my questions answered. I was fully advised on all aspects of my results and the way forward. Very pleased with the outstanding level of care and professionalism I received at this surgery!!
