Five weeks ago I asked for an appointment with a doctor as I have been suffering with neuralgia for over a year which is a reoccurrence which I had in 2014. I went to Doctors Link as requested by surgery and was acknowledged but nothing has happened since then. Tuesday I went for an INR but there was a queue outside the surgery. I told the young lady on the door that I had an appointment at 11.25 as it was then 11.25. She told me and two others to wait outside and wait our turn. At 11.40 I got to reception and was told I was too late but luckily Charlotte saw me and asked Melanie to do the INR. I am very to say the receptionist was out of her depth but she did help in the end.

Suggested improvements
There was only one receptionist on duty despite the queue was at least 10 . Nobody seemed to be aware of the situation which I do not understand as usually there are two on reception
