When seen by practitioners service was efficient and thorough.

Was running late - which is ok as long as people are honest with you. Asked what the delay was, in respect of time, was told 10 minutes but was nearly 45 minutes, it was obvious from the queue that it was longer than a 10 minute wait - please be honest with us when telling us something.
