Had a text message to ring as my annual review and medication review was due. (They were due in April). Had to wait 24 minutes for the receptionist, listening to Alex’s voice telling me ‘sorry for wait etc”. However when the receptionist answered I’m pleased to say it was Melanie, who sorted things out for me. I want to say she’s the biggest asset the surgery has. Long May she stay.

Suggested improvements
Answered the phone quicker. I know you are dealing with 3 surgeries but surely most receptionists to answer the phone.
