As a COPD sufferer I have to say, I have never had a problem speaking to staff or a doctor at this practice either face to face or over a telephone consultation.
The practice notifies me when my check-ups are due, makes the appointment and texts me the details and asks me to call them if it's not convenient.
Super Doctors, super nurses and super staff. Excellent.
