I have mental health issues and I get no support.And have been told medically there’s nothing else to do.The rest is up-to me !!!!!.Waiting forever for the phone to be answered,which is usually by a child that doesn’t have a clue what they’re on about.I never get a follow up and have gone over a year without seeing anyone at the surgery.I have made suicidal attempts and nobody cares

Automatic follow ups..more qualified receptionists,and more of them. Waiting 20 mins each call is appalling Beversbrook used to be a great surgery but the merge has been a huge negative for the patients
