Lately reception staff as well as doctors have gone the extra mile to help with problems and issues made me feel extremely valued as a patient. While previous care has been good I feel it's been above and beyond lately. (29 weeks).

Care, quality and compassion are always evident . The practice do their best to accommodate all aspects of care. Improvements are always on going , and the practice strives to meet able criteria. Stood filling in this form have just witnessed reception staff help to accommodate [c] patients requests. Well done.

The staff here are always friendly and you feel comfortable talking about your medical issues. Sister Zoey Alexander was extremely easy to talk to and I felt relaxed in her presence and confident in the care she gave me. She is friendly and supportive. :-)
