It is easy to get an appointment and the receptionist is friendly and helpful.
Dr Palachi is really nice and very interested in his patients
Negatives:
It's annoying having to physically hand in repeat prescription requests for busy people as it means 2 trips.
The first time I came to the surgery I had a female doctor who was cold and disinterested so it gave me a negative initial view of the surgery.
