Dr Palacci always wonderful. He explains what is going on to the child and involves them in the diagnosis and care. He treats them as an individual and doesn't talk down to them. He is so kind and listens and really helpful and super gentle with kids. I called first thing in the am and really needed my daughter to be seen as was fit in within 2 hours. My experience seems to be different than all my friends who go to other surgeries.
