I have had nothing but an excellent service from Barnes Surgery. It is a small practise which works much better for patients. Please do not try and change this service. My father was a GP for many years and attempted to provide a service similar to the one Barnes Surgery provides. I do question whether many of the patients will take the time and perhaps difficulty of find the site online. I filled in a written questionnaire but it feels that the more anonymous and distant facility is what is required. I am not criticising what the NHS provides because I am a great supporter but feel sometimes that it loses its way with all the political interference.
