I have been to this three times since December when needing to see someone relatively quickly, and have been able to see someone the same day. The staff are always friendly and helpful. On my most recent visit to Dr Palacci, he took time to discuss not just the immediate issue, but also other things going on around it which might be affecting me. I have found that Dr Palacci generally has a fairly holistic approach to treatment. When seeing him in the past he has also been very positive about helping me to manage any issues with minimal impact on my lifestyle (specifically sports). His willingness to listen to the patient properly is in itself refreshing but (very importantly) has in the past helped to diagnose the problem more accurately.
