It would be good to have a system of being put on hold when the telephone line is busy instead of having to repeatedly call back (and getting an engaged ring tone) when trying to book an emergency appt.

The team of receptionists, administrator, nurses, doctors, and specialists work together in a holistic manner to give me, the patient, the kind of care I require. I particularly value the concern and care taken to provide me with the psychological support I needed as well as the medical care and the joined up approach taken. I was consistently treated with profound expertise, care, interest, humanity and respect. When I make my full recovery; I will have the practice to thank for this, and Dr Palacci, as the lead Dr and his approach which informs the working culture, in particular.
