Every aspect of the care and service provided by Dr Palacci and his practice is absolutely excellent. There really is not area for improving that I can think of.

As always a great experience visiting Dr Palacci. My son was attending the cryo clinic. Dr Palacci is superb with children and always puts them at ease, even when doing painful procedures such as this. He talks to my son (12) like he is an adult and is interested in what he has to say.

The doctors showed a lot of concern and care all the time and are always willing to answer your questions and assist as much as possible.
