I felt reassured about my care.
The doctors was helpful with any questions I had and the receptionists was very helpful, when I booked the appointment and also in the surgery.

Mr Palacci is a very caring doctor who makes me feel very comfortable and that he has my best interests at heart. Best doctor I have ever had.

I do not believe that it can be improved.
I have been attending the practice for many years and have received outstanding care.
I have always been treated with respect and dignity.
My GP, Dr Palacci has been excellent.
