I've never had an issue getting an appointment it might just be a while before the actual appointment.

Not have to reschedule my last appointment twice.

I was able to see someone the same day and everyone was really helpful.

I made my appointment during the day at the reception desk, and subsequently, again during the day. Very much less stressful than making an 8.30 telephone call and much appreciated. I had not expected to be able to do that.

There was nothing to complain about at all!
