I have waited a month to see the doctor this was then cancelled due to staff training. My next appointment was also cancelled. When I was phoning to make another one I was number 44 in the queue on the phone. I was eventually given one at the Yapton surgery but not with the doctor that I wanted to see.

I wanted the doctor to write a referral for me to use my Benenden health for a problem with my hand. I was told that I could book this myself and was given a written diagnosis. This was done incorrectly and now I have to speak to the doctor again which is just delaying things.

I don’t consider it worthwhile phoning the surgery, the waiting time is too long. I have contacted them by email and waited for them to get back to me which is usually a couple of daus

When contacted make an effort to see me to ensure my problem is not life threatening

Same day appointment, surgery running to schedule, very helpful and respectful GP. Very lucky to have such a great service.

Once a had an appointment it was very straightforward and easy. The medical professional I saw was great and helpful! I called at 8:30 on the second and I was 58th in the queue, which I know is not uncommon but still frustrating. Maybe there is a better way to be seen/spoken to maybe? Once I did get through the person on the phone told me that there were no appointments left but she will put me on the list for a call from someone but said that if I was at work then it’s not an emergency and they probably won’t want to see me which I found really frustrating because she did not know what was the matter or my working situation. Other than that, I am very happy at the care I received on the day.
