It's usually a long wait on the telephone trying to make an appointment. I was at the surgery anyway and the receptionist was very helpful arranging next appointment.

It would be great to wait less time (usually 20-30 minutes) to get an answer on the phone - but realise this is because the centre is very busy with increasing numbers of residents in our area.

Just needed an inr blood test and managed to book a long way in advance.

Couldn't have been better medically. It concerns me that this website in an insecure site! You can make it secure (https) very easily so please do that.

Absolutely love this surgery, the receptionists are always so polite and helpful even given the stress they are always under, such a lovely bunch

The only problem I do sometimes come across is, when in the phone queue you sometimes just get cut off and then have to rejoin.
