To get an on the day appointment is very difficult. You can ring on the dot at 8.30am and find yourself in a queue of 40( as I was last time I rang). With a foster child we are expected to have them seen on the day by their SW. Often to be told by the surgery all appointments are full ring back in the morning at 8.30am

For my appointment you couldn’t have been more helpful.

This surgery is excellent, very good standards of personal attention and thorough follow up on treatment. Like any doctor surgery there is the occasional 8:30 call for an appointment but i have been very lucky that most of mine are pre-booked and the doctor is fantastic
