Reception team were brilliant quick helpful and professional. The doctor I saw was also professional and took her time to talk to me and conducted detail examination and requested a number if blood and other tests

All went well like it used to be years ago. We recently moved to Yapton and find the doctors and staff to be top notch. Speedy appointment time frames. Looking forward to my annual check up with the diabetic nurse next month. Vast improvement from the last few years of our old surgery in Oxfordshire. Well done to the whole Avisford Medical team.

I waited 90 mins on the phone initially, spoke to reception who sent me a link, phoned again after 3 days as I had not had a reply, told they had no record of my conversation. Eventually got an appointment, excellent service from the doctor. I despair at the situation at present and I am very worried about the future of the NHS. I have spent many many years paying for my self service and mo find as I am older and starting to need help that it is not there.

I no you are trying very hard to sort your phone and appointment system out but at the moment it is an absolute shambolic system. Very scary for your patients.

I booked my appointment online and use self checkin on arrival, therefore I had no interaction with the staff at any time.

I have had many appointments for blood tests as my psa is being monitored every six months. Every time my blood has been taken by nurse Logan there has been a problem, on one occasion after trying at least three in each arm she gave up. This time my right arm is seriously bruised and swollen at the elbow. It has taken a week for the swelling to go down and the bruising to fade. She is the only nurse that has these problems, when booking my appointments there is no option to choose which nurse I will see. I would like a choice.

friendly receptionist, helpful but long wait for appointment and i had remedied the issue on my own in the end but still attended appointment. I was very impressed with the physiotherapist i saw. He was extremely pleasant and helpful and i would have no worry about seeing him again
