Dependent on which visit this refers to. Last week had an appt with a trainee gp at Middleton which was helpful although not totally. This week my appt was for a blood test requested by the trainee gp which I booked online, that worked very well. Treatment is ongoing so time will tell how helpful this all is. Hence 3 scores as a lot of the questions do not necessarily apply

At this stage there is nothing so I cannot complete any more in this box. Now getting annoyed as this survey will not let me proceed

I was grateful for the help I was given.It was clear and informative. I felt confident that the information that I was given was going to help me with the two medical problems that I needed assistance with. .

The service I received was excellent. Nothing could have been bettered.

Lack of availability of doctors/nurses results in difficulty arranging an appointment within a reasonable timescale

It was only for a shingles vaccination which went smoothly and promptly so no problems.

Everything was 100% except of course trying to get an appointment

I am afraid it is the same old story...waiting in a queue for. 1 hour and 5 minutes only to be told all the appts have gone

Very helpful despite being under immense pressure.

Nothing really. I was a bit miffed at being offered a training doctor and not a ‘real’ one on two occasions! The first one spotted sepsis and I was admitted to hospital - good shout. The second doctor, on a different occasion was really understanding and extremely helpful. We are lucky to have two such good surgeries.
