The new telephone system worked really well. Mentioned that when I was put through to make the appointment. I understand that some patients are not keen . From my experience this worked very well an a good move for the practice.

It worked seamlessly for me and no further comments to make.

The receptionist was very helpful and I managed to get an appointment for the next day with a nurse

I don’t like the procedure of having to explain why I need to see a doctor to the receptionist then wait for a call back. On this occasion I wanted to see a nurse and I was booked in the old way which is better.
