Still difficult to get an appointment. There doesn’t seem to be any follow up with blood tests, or hospital referrals I ve been with this medical group just under a year. Last we, was my first appointment there

If tests come back. I think the patient should be informed. Not all people have access to the on line system

Receptionist not helping at all. In the top of that body language need to be improving when you working in Health industry. Very disappointed about few receptionists staff.

Trainings, communication, empatie to all visitors / patients when coming to see a Doctor or NP. Care staff very polite and helpful.
