Never easy to get an appointment to see a doctor

Lack of communication between yourselves. I have had 2 wasted appointments with COPD nurse first one I didn’t get a letter telling me the do’s and dont’s therefore I took my inhaler that morning as useless making the tests useless. I looked on-line and the letter was there dated the day of my appointment!! 2nd appoint shouldn’t have happened as I had just had a chest infection. Waste of my time and precious appointments!!!

Nurse Julie was excellent as always, easy-peasy bloods taken for tests. Great shame Nurse Julie will be retiring in the New Year.

As always, the only way to get an appointment without spending 40mins waiting on phone is to visit the surgery in person. Unfortunately some people are unable to do that!
