Although this appointment was done very efficiently and quickly, it is usually nearly impossible to get an appointment

It would have nice to know why a repeat blood test was needed just a couple of days after the previous one. Any issue with results? Something else?

I was easily able to rebook a physio telephone appointment that was cancelled by the surgery last week whilst I was attending for a blood test.

The new call back system is really good.
