I rang one morning and waited in the queue, then the phone went dead and I couldn't re join. So I rang the following morning and got through.

Not sure why I couldn't get through the first day. If there is a limit on the number of appointments available it should tell you in the auto message.

I'm always in awe of the care and kindness shown by Avisford, and I'm glad of this opportunity to say so. This surgery could not do anything more to impress and support me. I have been under their care for almost 50 years. I have some serious problems and always felt that nothing was too much trouble. Even when overwhelmed by newcomers to the village, they manage to smile. Good for them! Long may I be under their care. They're brilliant!

The team from the receptionists , nurses, Doctors , are all very professional , kind , never feel rushed, can ask any questions . Felt listened to. Which is very reassuring . The team have always tried to help me .

The only problem is waiting 4 weeks for an appointment . Which led me to self medicate . I fully appreciate that everyone working in the NHS ... Is short staffed , overworked, and most definitely underpaid . With no government support or reality of the situation... And it's impact on patients .

Yapton surgery is a lovely surgery. They go above and beyond to help you . Always very helpful I would give you five stars every time.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
