The staff are always so professional. Kind . Helpful . Polite. Will always try and help , in these times when all NHS workers are under an unexceptional amount of stress , short staffed , they are doing an amazing job .

Nothing that I can think of . Apart from the Government giving the NHS , the funding and staff it needs .

The reception team at the surgery have been so helpful and caring. I recently underwent major bowel surgery and they helped me collate medication and gave me relevant contacts, sorted prescriptions and generally have been most kind!

The scores are mid table because I only visited for a flu jab not normal surgery as Middleton is my usual surgery Re Flu jab experience…. We walked up the drive and within two minutes we were at the door received a warm friendly welcome then directed to a room given the jab and back outside within a couple of minutes…. It was very well organised and delivered

Went for flu jab Staff very friendly and professional appointment on time.

Appointments easier to go and book not by phone have been on phone call waiting a few times to make appointment but takes so long I hang up

Have to call at 8.30 for appointments and wait times very long. Have not yet tried at surgery.

Allow for making appointments to my named Dr Miu who is the only one I have seen recently who was thorough and very helpful I commend her highly
