Got an appointment for Flu jab at convenient date/time. Showed up to extremely efficient check-in process, and was immediately directed to a room. 2 staff checked my name and DOB, then administered the flu jab and I was out the door in under 2 minutes. Thank you for developing an expedient process and helping me stay healthy for another year.

No problems with the surgery at all except the telephone lines. Waited 45 minutes even though I was apparently first in line. Apart from that, really pleased with this surgery.

Sort your telephone system out!

It is easier to walk to reception than to phone for an appointment.

It depends on which reception person you speak to on the phone.

Telephoning is hopeless. The phone system just Doesn't work. You are 2nd in the queue and the wait time Is 40 mins!!!???? It is easier to drive to the surgery And make an appointment. Getting an appointment Isn't too bad especially if you will go to either surgery.

Just sort out the phone system please. It is a nightmare.

The receptionists are kind and compassionate, they do their best to get you a telephone consultation or appointment on the same day. The nurses are also kind, professional and give excellent treatment services.the doctors are superb, particularly Dr Bansil and Dr SIdney. They see you immediately, are thorough in their investigations, keep in constant contact and refer on when appropriate. I have complete faith in their diagnosis and treatment. We are lucky to have this surgery.
