Usually ok but phone lines need sorting, you’re told waiting time is 5 mins then you’re told 10 for instance. Otherwise once through there’s no problem.

The reception girls very friendly and helpful, the nurses I saw were caring and kind ,

Just the phones,it's not the girls falt ,there's alot more people in yapton now so it's harder to get an appointment also you're waiting for the phone to be answered

Request a shingles vaccine and was offer one the following week at Yapton. Arrived 10 mins early and seen by nurse 10mins later. The nurse explain all about the shingles vaccine, I will need to have a 2nd vaccine in about 4 months time. The injection went well.

I could have been offered a date for my second vaccine, but thee we nurse wasn’t sure if the surgery computer would remind me ?

When phoning you never get anyone to answer the phone. You end up having to go to the surgrey in person .

Answer the phone in reception .
