My treatment at the surgery has been excellent and I’ve had several tests at the hospital which was outstanding.Overall the NHS has been fantastic.I don’t understand why people complain about their experience at the surgery or hospital. I am waiting for results from the hospital after having an entrimedium biopsy and a CT scan

I don’t think there’s anything you could do better.Considering the number of patients you deal with I think you cope admirably

There is still a longish telephone queue, but if you are patient and wait the receptionist will get you an early appointment if you really need one.

My first visit to the practice following my move here from London. Friendly assistance over the phone advising me how to register and make an appointment. Appointment made for a monitoring blood test without difficulty. Friendly/helpful guidance at reception when I arrived. Excellent care from the member of your team who took my blood, who left me feeling assured I’d chosen the right practice by the quality of her welcome and care.

In recent weeks I’ve sadly had to use the doctors more but couldn’t have been happier with the help I have received. It’s great that we also have online assistance now too for non urgent so much easier. The staff were helpful and polite and the doctors and nurse were amazing above and beyond helpful Thank you
