Had my flu jab yesterday, everything was really well organised, no waiting in and out very quickly, and staff were excellent.

My recent flu jab appointment was a breeze. Friendly welcome at the door, directed to the next available nurse, all very quick and efficient. The staff are friendly and helpful, I only wish making an appointment didnt mean sitting on the phone for at least 20-30 minutes on hold.... but I guess you can't have everything!

Appointment booking continues to flummox me! It really takes far too long hanging on the phone on hold. If this could be improved then surgery would get five stars all round. The reception staff are amazing once you do get through.

Basically very good all round , but telephone appointments very frustrating, all fairness think that's the way it is everywhere now

I have been using this surgery for over 20 years and have always had excellent service

If booking an appointment could be made easier, that would be awesome although I understand it would be very difficult.
