GP was fantastic but getting the appointment was a nightmare and I have been waiting ages for it! Reception staff have improved in leaps and bounds recently, much better attitude.

The surgery is excellent. Staff, Doctors, nurses etc. It has become noticeably harder to get through on telephone, or get an appointment face to face and I do not appreciate explaining personal details about health condition with the receptionist.
I understand they are trying to direct to correct person however the questions should be e.g: Is it something a nurse practitioner or paramedic could help you with. Not delving into private health information. They are very helpful but feels uncomfortable revealing to the receptionists.

Had stitches removed following surgery. Nurse Charlotte Bullard made an unpleasant situation rather tolerable. An excellent member of the Avisford team.
