Had treatment and was treated kindly and surgery was very clean. Then went to reception to arrange an appointment for a different condition and got an appointment arranged quickly and all staff I interacted with were polite, courteous, kind and very professional.

The earliest appointment I could get to see the physio at the surgery was 6 weeks away.

Phone no Surgery visit yes But this is commonplace these days

I feel I could have had bloods taken when attended Middleton a week before an appointment at Yapton

I was seen promptly on arrival. The nurse that saw me was very polite and friendly. When making the appointment l didn’t have to ring at 8am and I was given an appointment for the following week.

It takes a long time before you actually speak to someone on the phone

Have shorter waiting times. I know you are doing your best but without further investment into the health service, I am not sure what you can do better. All staff are extremely helpful

I called and was on hold for 1 hour, when I spoke to the receptionist I was placed on hold for a further 10 minutes while she spoke to the doctor. I was seen the following day but because I was only having ECG and BP no other examinations were done, due to the results being normal I now have to go through the whole process again to make an appointment to see a doctor

Allow me to have an appointment with a doctor after my results without having to call again, it would have made sense to schedule the appointment straight after my ECG and BP appointment
