Pleasant caring staff, the nurse did blood test without causing bruising, or discomfort. Would prefer with regular INR to have prick of finger,, instant result, leave with next dosage and next appointment. Quicker, easier, less stressful.

This was a diabetes check, stage 1. It was handled very promptly, very professionally. It could not have been better. I had no contact with reception and it was not about discussing treatment, so these are not applicable.

Sometimes difficult to get through on the phone

I wasn't told why my neds hadn't come through until I got a text saying to have a blood test

Blood test appointments easy, docs appts no so much

Scrap the 8.30 queue to talk to the surgery by making appointments within a few days available to book throughout the day not just at 8.30am
