I walked into the reception and spoke to the charming lady. I asked if I was eligible for a shingles jab. She said I was and organised my jab for a couple of days later. The nurse was very friendly and I was dealt with very efficiently.

Booked an injection easily and efficiently.
Suggested improvements
Nurse had to ask us to go back to the waiting room whilst she read up on the injection. This was fine and we were glad she wanted me safe, but from a mobility point of view this was tricky as I walk with two sticks.
