Not always able to get a telephone answered to make an appointment as waiting to long in a queue, so having to ring back another time and hope the queue is shorter!

Perhaps heads of the practise should ring in to reception number at different times to check the queue numbers & hang on to see the time spent waiting.

Mainly i am lucky and manage to get an appointment when I need to be seen or speak to someone for advice

There should be more availability of appointments bookable in advance.

The staff & doctors at Avisford are amazing. So professional, very helpful & polite. I've always managed to get an appointment within a reasonable timescale. There are some treatments that have a longer wait time but that is out of their control to a large extent. Very happy & grateful to be with them.
