If it is busy there may be a delay in getting through. The staff have always been helpful and friendly.

As the service I have had is always helpful and not knowing the working practices being applied I cannot think of any improvement.

My appointment for bloods was fine but both my daughters had Croup was prescribed medication and it was not signed off by the doctor before you closed for the weekend when their appointment was at 2pm. This is the 4th time we have had to chase prescriptions for children under that age of 4. One being 10 months old and it’s shocking we aren’t able to collect it the same day as it’s signed off at the end of the day if not the next day. A better system needs to be put in place for getting the medication you are prescribed.

A better system needs to be put in place for getting the medication you are prescribed. Or give out paper copies again.
