My appointment for bloods was fine but both my daughters had Croup was prescribed medication and it was not signed off by the doctor before you closed for the weekend when their appointment was at 2pm. This is the 4th time we have had to chase prescriptions for children under that age of 4. One being 10 months old and it’s shocking we aren’t able to collect it the same day as it’s signed off at the end of the day if not the next day. A better system needs to be put in place for getting the medication you are prescribed.

So was told my the chemist to call back Monday. Which was appalling so I ended going to a and e which is ridiculous. This is the 4th time we have had to chase prescriptions for children under that age of 4. One being 10 months old and it’s shocking we aren’t able to collect it the same day as it’s signed off at the end of the day if not the next day. A better system needs to be put in place for getting the medication you are prescribed. Or give out paper copies again.

Had treatment and was treated kindly and surgery was very clean. Then went to reception to arrange an appointment for a different condition and got an appointment arranged quickly and all staff I interacted with were polite, courteous, kind and very professional.

The earliest appointment I could get to see the physio at the surgery was 6 weeks away.

I feel I could have had bloods taken when attended Middleton a week before an appointment at Yapton
