I went for a blood test and the lady who took it was helpful and understanding. The clinic was clean and tidy. I felt little pain and the appointment was soon over.

Receptionists are always helpful whenever I ring the surgery. I’ve never had any problems with any of the GPs or nurses I’ve seen, they’ve always been kind and listened to my problems.
I find it easy to fill in a e-consult for non urgent issues and I’ve always had a clinician get back to me within 48 hours.
