Excellent care by Middleton surgery. They are always so willing to assist. They have tough jobs but they do it with such professionalism.

It's out of the doctors & receptionist control but wait time for hospital appointments is way too long but that is an NHS not the GP surgery. They do all they can to refer but then it's a long wait, sometimes pushing people towards private treatment if they have the resources to do so.

I have had 3 appointments covering blood pressure check, annual blood tests and earwax check all of which were arranged either in person at reception or by the nurse at the surgery. I doubt that this would have been so straightforward by telephone, hence rating above. The help provided by nurses seen has been excellent and I expect the same will be true when I come to my next appointment on 1 Feb for earwax removal.

So far nothing.

I’m hoping to move home this year and my main regret about moving away is that I shall be losing the incredible service/treatment that I receive from Avisford medical. Since moving here in 2009, I’ve had the best medical treatment I’ve ever received in my life.
