You have to phone from 08.30am to try and get through and there can be 50 plus people in front of me , very frustrating

Get a appointment system to run better so you don’t have to waste hours on the phone trying to get through,

I have been very pleased with the surgery and care provided for my daughter. After a very unhelpful doctor at Worthing hospital following a 111 call giving us completely the wrong advice, the call with the doctor at the surgery was very reassuring. He listened well to all of the symptoms and seemed very knowledgeable about the problem and the treatment process! The doctor was patient and offered to see my daughter to put my mind at ease. Although I felt this wasn’t need, I was very appreciative of his thoroughness. Since then my daughter is back to her usual happy self. I cannot fault the care that has been given by the whole team incl doctors, nurses and receptionists at both Yapton and Middleton surgeries and would like to take this time to thank you all very much.
