It's easy once you get through the long line of people but it does depend on the time you call which I now call between 10 and 12 because I feel this is the quieter time when there's only one or two people ahead of you.

I don’t think we have recovered from the Covid 19 pandemic restrictions.

I feel patients should have more knowledge of the offered medications. We need to treat the cause and not just symptom relief.

I moved into Yapton a year ago and have had to contact the surgery several times and also had various test and appointments in that time. I am very impressed by the professionalism, courtesy and efficiency that has been given to me at all times.

I cannot think of anything that could have been done better.

It was difficult trying to get the receptionists to comprehend my requests. A hospital letter requesting yearly thyroid follow ups wasn't put on system and the reception was adamant a letter wasn't received. I got her to read the letter she had on file and when she came to the 2nd para she saw the request. The letter was received over a year ago. Also she was adamant that I needed to see a doc just to renew my allergy to bedbug prescription. I pointed out this would be a complete waste of doc's time and after a bit of firm hassle I insisted she speak to a doc and get back to me. Consequently a prescription was issued without the need of seeing the doc.

A bit more attention paid to hospital letters and some plain commonsense.
